Seven people were arrested on Thursday in connection to the deadly fireworks explosion in Esparto last year.

Seven people have been arrested in connection with a fireworks warehouse explosion in Northern California that killed seven people and injured two others last July, authorities said Friday.

The grand jury report asserted that the two companies' "unmitigated expansion … led directly to death and destruction."
