Gut wrenching video taken by one of the teenagers in a car shows the moments after his friend was shot and killed by Elkhart police Sunday.
The Elkhart Police Department reports a call came in around 4:01 p.m., Monday, for a shooting with injuries at the intersection of W. Jefferson and N. 6th Street.
