Elkhart County Sheriff's Office reports that one person is in the hospital after a man fleeing from the Elkhart Police Department at speeds around 100 MPH, ended in a collision.

Uways Hussain, and passenger, Usmon Mahmood, were sentenced at Manchester Crown Court on Friday for killing 50-year-old Sylvester Abayomi in a car collision after inhaling nitrous oxide and speeding.
