It's basically one head of lettuce, chopped up and one head of garlic, chopped up. I soak the lettuce in a bowl, filled with water and salt to help remove any impurities. For the dressing, I do a good drizzle of pure olive oil, juice from two whole lemons, and salt as you wish. enjoy the salad with any meal, or in a pita pocket and enjoy 💛
