If you're ever in difficulty in the water, remember these instructions and float to live. • Tilt your head back with your ears submerged • Relax and control your breathing • Move your hands and legs to stay afloat Your legs may sink and that's okay! Everybody floats differently. We recommend practising at a supervised location like a swimming pool to learn how you float best.
