On Thanksgiving night, Troop A began receiving calls about a box truck traveling around 20 miles per hour and weaving across all lanes of westbound Interstate 40 near Morgan Road in Oklahoma City. Once the call was broadcast, troopers moved toward the area and quickly encountered the backed-up traffic.
