I’m a Tea Sommelier and this is week 4 of my cold brew tea series where I make a new cold brew every week this summer. This is a peach cold brew oolong tea. It follows my cold brew tea formula of 1 tea, plus 1 fruit plus 1 citrus plus 1 herb. I’m using oolong as my tea, fresh peach as my fruit, lime as my citrus, and rosemary as my herb.
