"It is a fantastic 170 year-old building, rich with history in this beautiful town. It was always my parents passion to do something with the second and third floor." Tens of thousands of people pass the building at the corner of Main and B Streets in Hamilton, but few know of it's history. The third floor was a ballroom for events and functions in the 1800s and early 1900s. But the upper two floors fell into disrepair and have not been occupied for roughly 50 years. But that is about to change.
