Ingredients * 1 orange * A small pinch of salt How to make 1. Wash the orange well (rub the peel gently with salt). 2. Cut off the top (about 1/5) and set it aside as a lid. 3. Sprinkle a small pinch of salt on the flesh. 4. Poke the flesh a few times with a fork to help the salt absorb. 5. Put the lid back on. 6. Steam over boiling water for 10 min
