In the book “Wolves on the Hunt: The Behavior of Wolves Hunting Wild Prey” by researchers Mech, Smith, and MacNulty, the common myth around wolves being expert killers was dispelled. After countless observations made from wild wolf hunts, it was concluded that wolves are unsuccessful hunters 80% of the time.
