At the Assumptionists Center Quebec, the renewal of our chapel began with the creation of huge icons — and with the community itself. Rita led the icon-writing process with the help of volunteers from the Christian community. Some prepared the wood, others assisted with the setup, and over three Sunday afternoons, those who could climb the stairs were invited to come and add their own touch.
