Makes 2 Trays -2 medium sized russet potato chips -1.5 tbsp grape seed or avocado oil -6 tbsp grated parm Seasoned Panko Bread Crumbs 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp garlic powder (NOT GARLIC SALTT) 1/2 tsp onion powder 2 t
