During major winter storms, the Public Works Department will divide into two crews each working 12-hour shifts around-the-clock to keep roads safe and passable for motorists. It is often challenging, demanding work particularly in heavy traffic. This video was captured on Monday, December 1 as the snow started falling in Webster Groves.
