This close call from last night emphasizes the importance of the Move Over Law! While two HCPD officers were conducting a traffic stop and arrest on northbound I-95 near Route 175, a vehicle struck their two patrol vehicles, briefly pinning one officer against the guardrail. Thankfully there were only minor injuries to the driver and officer. The Move Over Law requires motorists to make a lane change or slow down when approaching any stopped, standing, or parked vehicle displaying warning signal
