Busy day? No problem. Here's a full-body TRX workout you can knock out anywhere. The beauty of the TRX(@trxtraining) is how easy it is to adjust resistance on the fly. For pulling exercises, the more parallel you are to the floor, the harder it gets. More upright? Easier. Start to fatigue? Just inch a bit more upright. Not challenging enough?
