10-Minute Barbell Trifecta Workout 🏋🏽‍♀️ Use dumbbells as an option. 1️⃣ Front Squat 2️⃣ Push Press 3️⃣ Clean (from mid-thigh) 4️⃣ Clean Squat 5️⃣ Clean Squat Press ✔️ Choose a medium/medium-heavy weight you can keep good form for all 5 exercises ✔️ 3 reps / 1 set for every exercise ✔️ Rest 30 seconds between exercises ✔️ Finish in 10 minutes and if you want more, rest 2 minutes and do another round 💪🔥 ✔️ I prefer using a barbell because it’s easier to go heavier so you max out the 10 minute
