This is an excellent way to practice, painting more loosely, growing creatively and learning to trust your own instincts. You’d be surprised what you can create in just 10 minutes. It’s not about being perfect… I accidentally skipped two days and had to double up on the next. One day I went over the allotted time and painted for 15 minutes.
