Chan Si Gong ( 纏 絲 功 ) or Silk Reeling, is a set of movement and a training method that is characteristic of Chen Style Tai Chi. It was said that The Eight Generation Chen Tai Chi Master, Chen Xin, spent 12 years developing this set and then put it in his book entitled The Ilustrated Canon of Taijiquan ( 陈氏太极拳图说 ) at 1919.
