The clean up operation has begun in Cornwall following the high wind brought by Storm Goretti. Thousands of homes are still without power and many are facing severe travel disruption on the roads and the railways. Volunteer tree surgeons were clearing the roads in the village of Stithians this morning which has been blocked in by fallen trees.
