👉 Shoulder mobility practice. One of my favorite ways to move the shoulder blade through a full range of motion. ✋I keep my hand fixed onto the wall to limit movement in my hand and maximize movement in the shoulder blade (through elevation, retraction, depression and protraction). 🐌 I’m making an effort to move slowly and steadily as I strive to make the biggest circular motion that’s pain free. This is called a controlled articular rotation (CAR). I just love it! ✨ After doing this, my shoul
