いきなり団子🍠おばあちゃんが教えてくれた🍡白砂糖・小麦粉なし 【材料(5〜6個分)】 ・さつまいも 350〜400g ・あんこ 180〜200g 〈生地〉 ・米粉 90g ・白玉粉 50g ・塩 小さじ4分の1ぐらい ・水 150ml 【作り方】 ① さつまいもを3〜4mmの薄切りにし、5分ほど水にさらして水気をふく ② 白玉粉に水を少しずつ加えて溶かし、米粉・塩を混ぜる。耳たぶの柔らかさぐらい👂🏻ゆるかったら米粉を追加する ③ 生地を5〜6等分して丸く広げる ④ さつまいも→あんこ→生地の順にのせて包む ⑤ フライパンにフライパン用アルミホイル(なくてもたぶん大丈夫だけど一応)クッキングシートを2枚敷き、一番下に水150mlほど入れる ⑥ フタをして弱中火で15〜20分蒸したら完成✨ #簡単スイーツ #チルレシピ #さつまいもレシピ
