GRITTY HIIT! 🌶️ Kirst’s HIIT session this week was a complete rip snorter and is worth visiting (find it in spread the sparkle or on the website). 1 minute work / 1 minute rest - some spicy moves (she offers ways to scale it to suit) I LOVE the grittyness in these snippets. She really goes for it and that’s the whole point. Peak efforts in the work interval, recover in the rest, go again.
