Today, I want to tell you about a personal drumming frustration. Many of you might relate to the challenge of mastering double bass drumming. I have been focusing on fast double bass drumming ( 240 bpm) for quite some time now. Last week was particularly intense. I dedicated all my practice time to the ankle technique at high tempos. Yet, the more I practiced, the less progress I seemed to make. My frustration grew with every session, and my progress slowed down. This wasn't the first time I had
