麺つゆで簡単!たけのこ土佐煮 作り方 【材料】 たけのこ 1/2本ほど(アク抜き済) 麺つゆ 100cc(2倍濃縮) 水 200cc わかめ 適量 鰹節 適量 【作り方】 ①たけのこを切り分ける! 頭の方は、柔らかいのでクシ型に!根元の方は固いので8mmほどでスライスしたら表面に切り込みを入れておく。 ②鍋に、たけのこ・麺つゆ・水を入れ加熱して煮立たせる ③煮立ったら、表面が軽く煮立つ程度の弱火に変え10分ほど煮込む ④8分ほど煮込んだ所でワカメを加える ⑤鰹節を電子レンジ600wで1分加熱して食感と風味を引き立てておく ⑥たけのことワカメに味が馴染んだら、盛り付け 上から鰹節をトッピングする はい!できあがり〜 #たけのこ #たけのこレシピ #料理好きな人と繋がりたい #TikTokレシピ #TikTok料理教室
