As a bodywork I am constantly absorbing other people’s trauma & pain and pouring into them and their healing often times not thinking of my own health and healing. These last three weeks have been eye opening to say the least! My highest BP when this all started was 223/120 ( that is stroke territory!!) Went to ER monitored detected heartbeat irregularities Put on medications sent home to follow up with PCP & told to rest. My hard headed Azz rested for 1day and went back to work pushing through
