Say cheese! It’s a true joy to talk about, taste, savour and relish in a cheese tasting. I was delighted to be invited again to the gorgeous @shiplakecollege to talk to some students about cheese & how to pair it with different flavour profiles, some classic and some for adventurous. It was amazing to see reactions going from delighted to disgusted 🤣 And as the lovely Sally who invited me said, trying new things is what it’s all about - you’re not going to like everything and you dont have to.
