Daily Negation, December 28: I am reminded of Colin Beavan, a guy I used to see a lot around the way--he grew food in a community garden near where I live. He is known for an experiment he conducted wherein he tried to have no environmental impact for a year. The resulting book and film, both titled No Impact Man, are full of revelations and made me think a lot more than I ever had about how much waste and garbage I consume and produce.
