Jala Neti 🫖🌊 Je vous partage un petit rituel que j’ai intégré dans ma routine matinale et que j’ai découvert pendant ma formation yoga en Inde (nous en avons parlé pendant l’atelier pranayamas et méditation de dimanche) 🇮🇳.
